About the theater

The Colony is a quiet, cozy little theater located on Six Forks Road. It holds two screens that show mostly independent and foreign films. Our lobby features plush couches and paintings by local artists, where you can wait for your friends to meet you, or you can sit to discuss the film you just saw.

Among our other delicious concessions, we serve beer and wine!

Ambassador Entertainment is proud to announce the following special 35mm screenings at the Colony. Look for a retro classic on the third Wednesday of every month. Admission is $5.00.
